About Carbòn Mexican Steakhouse
Allow me to introduce myself as the proud owner of Carbon Mexican Steakhouse. My name is Alfonso Ramos.
I arrived in the United States in 1988 to play semi-professional soccer in Los Angeles, California. After relocating to Washington State in 1995, I assisted a friend with his Mexican restaurant. In 2001, I started my own restaurant in Tacoma, Washington named El Guadalajara. With the success of that restaurant, I opened additional restaurants in Port Townsend, Centralia, Shelton and now Port Orchard. Carbon Mexican Steakhouse is my newest restaurant and where I spend most of my time.
I think the key to my success is achieving two goals: Create a classy friendly atmosphere and serve good quality food. I use fresh ingredients and the food is all authentic to the Mexican culture. You will see that we have specialty items not available in other Mexican restaurants. I receive a lot of complements on the decor of the restaurants. Come and experience the flavor of Mexico. I’m sure you will become a regular.
